Due to a death/funeral scheduled for Sunday at 3:00,  I won’t be able to hold our FPC meeting at our regular time. With the Rally next weekend, I’d like to have a special 2 hour meeting on Sunday from 11-1 if your Rally kid can make it. We will be preparing specifically for the rally. Non-rally kids can attend but there won’t be any riding, etc. – we have a lot of work to do.

Could you please let me know EITHER WAY whether your child will be attending?

Additionally, rally kids need to submit their registration form and payment. Please note that rally competitors are 110 and chaperones are 60 + meals (the way I’m reading it, I need to pay for 2 suppers, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches – but I’ll eat right there at the residence). Any additional family members need to pay the same as a chaperone (I asked – sorry I couldn’t get siblings in for free!). CHEQUES ARE PAYABLE TO HAMPTON PONY CLUB. Also, anyone who hasn’t paid their August dues needs to do that by Sunday please – cash/cheque in an envelope with your name, or an e-transfer please.

Hi everyone,

I got a call from my hay supplier and he’s coming tomorrow at around 11:00. I genuinely need help if you can come because my husband will be away!! With a good crew, it won’t take long – we need adults and strong kids to help out. Younger members may come but they likely will only be able to watch – it’s very busy and I don’t want anyone getting injured because someone didn’t see them. Kids are most welcome to come play in the ring or whatever if families can help.

Please bring/wear the following:

Long pants

Sneakers or boots (no sandals)

Long sleeves will protect your arms

GLOVES (it’s hard on your hands!)

Water or some other beverage.
